We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with you, including account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and subscription plan details; Customer Content such as prompts, documents, spreadsheets, files, chat messages, and generated canvas artifacts; usage and device data such as IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, log data, interaction metrics, and error reports; and billing metadata regarding subscription status and transaction history. Payment details are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, such as Lemon Squeezy or Paddle.

We use collected information to provide, operate, and maintain the AI workspace; authenticate users; process workflows; analyze usage patterns; troubleshoot errors; improve platform reliability and capabilities; send technical notices, security alerts, support messages, and administrative updates; detect and prevent fraud; enforce our Terms of Service; and comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share information with trusted third parties only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, including AI model providers that generate outputs, infrastructure partners that power hosting, database, and analytics systems, our Merchant of Record for billing, compliance, and tax collection, and legal authorities when required by law or needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Knactics, our users, or the public.

We retain account, billing, audit, and usage records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. If you delete your account, Customer Content will be purged from active databases in accordance with our retention schedules.
